March 2nd, 3rd 2009 - 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm
March 7th - 9:30 – 11:00 am

Open to all girls who will be attending 3rd – 8th grade in September 2009
Cheerleader must be in the PHHS sending district

What You Need to Bring:
- Completed Registration Form
- $115. check for registration fee made payable to LVF Cheerleading Fund
- $100. check dated 12/1/09 for work bond made payable to LVF Cheerleading Fund (refund will given upon work bond completion)
- Proof of residency (i.e., tax bill, utility bill)
- COPY of Birth Certificate

how to quality, etc.) about the LVF Cheerleading Competition program and the necessary forms needed to enroll your daughter on the team. The competition program opens on October 1, 2008 and concludes on March 15, 2009
We have two recreational teams:
Varsity - 4th through 8th grades
Senior West - 9th through 12th grades
