This is for boys/girls entering 2nd grade in September 2009

Little Vikings offers a competitive 11 v 11 Travel Flag Program. This program is for our second graders to help prepare them for tackle football. We compete against other MCYFL travel programs. Our home games are at Jannarone Park. There is travel required for away games.

What you need:
(1) Check for registration fee - made payable to Little Vikings Football
(1) Check for $100. dated 11/1/09, for work bond deposit, made payable to Little Vikings
Football (one check per family)
Copy of birth certificate – NEW PLAYERS ONLY

A medical form completed, stamped and signed by your physician will be required before your child can practice/play. All physicals will have to be current within the last year.
